Go through a list of all the people below. Identify anyone on the list that you know on a first name basis. You can mail them a copy of your book. Or, give them a copy of your book the next time you see them.

Here’s what you can say when you give them your book: “Hey, I just got my new real estate book and I wanted to give you a copy of it. Feel free to pass it on to anyone that is thinking of selling their home.”

  • Go through all your friends on Facebook. Put down anyone who is in your local area and isn’t a competing Realtor.
  • People you worked with in a previous job (before real estate.)
  • Dentist.
  • Dental Assistant. (The person that cleans your teeth.)
  • Dental Receptionist. (The person at the front desk.)
  • Chiropractor.
  • Chiropractor Receptionist. (The person at the front desk.)
  • Braces (Either for yourself or your kids.)
  • Hairdresser.
  • Eye Doctor.
  • Oil Change.
  • Tires for your car.
  • Auto Repair.
  • Car Salesman. (The person you bought your car from.)
  • Your insurance agent.
  • Your banker. Or bank teller.
  • Your accountant or bookkeeper.
  • Your pool guy.
  • The people you know at the pool store.
  • Your lawn guy.
  • Your day-care provider.
  • People that take care of your pet: Veterinarian. Dog Groomer. Dog Walker.
  • Handyman.
  • Flooring.
  • Title Company.
  • Lender.
  • Home Inspector.
  • Printing.
  • Kid’s School Teacher(s.)
  • Kid’s Coach. (Or coaches.)
  • Your kid’s friend’s parents.
  • Your kid’s Sunday School Teacher.
  • Your kid’s Music Teacher.
  • The person who delivers your mail..
  • Dry Cleaner.
  • People you know at your church.
  • People you know at any social or business club you are a part of.
  • People you know at the gym, YMCA, etc.
  • Your family members.
  • Your spouse’s family members.
  • Your spouse’s co-workers.
  • Your spouse’s friends.
  • Your friends.
  • The owners of any restaurants you attend regularly.
  • What is the name of the cashier at the gas station you regularly go to?
  • Which of your neighbors do you know?
